I work with adults in individual, relationally-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I provide psychotherapy online through a secure teletherapy platform. I also see a limited number of clients for in person sessions.

I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago. I lived in San Francisco, CA for many years but moved back to the Chicago area in 2019.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and our two dogs. You can also find me baking, needlepointing and biking in the warmer months. Something I do every day that grounds me is to walk with my dogs.
